Step 2:
Diagnose, Defend, Define
During Step 2, our Enrolled Agents get to work fast, gathering information, utilizing a Power of Attorney to request a stop to collections efforts, and developing a customized action plan so you can see an end to your tax burden. We call this your customized Resolution Roadmap. It feels great when you know there are tax professionals working for you.
Step 3:
Tax Resolution
The results of Step 2 give us a crystal clear picture of your entire tax debt problem. With your Resolution Roadmap in hand, you can opt to move forward with us by your side, or you can proceed on your own. The choice is yours.
If you choose to have us work on your behalf during Step 3, we’ll notify you of every development along the way. You’ll never have to wonder where things stand, and you will always have a direct line of communication to the Enrolled Agent representing you before the tax authority.
During Step 3, a Statement of Work puts the power of Omni to work for you immediately.
